Job Summary
The Marketing BI Analyst is responsible for providing actionable business intelligence for Marketing Operations.  Act as a key contributor in the implementation of Marketo Measure (previously Bizible). Apply industry best practices and standards to create optimum solutions that improve business performance. Conduct analytical studies to provide results/recommendations to senior management for department and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. Install and maintain the software tools required for performing the role.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of Marketo Measure (previously Bizible) in collaboration with Marketing Operations to build strategic reports and dashboards.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of operational functions
  • Collaborate with remote stakeholders, including our headquarters in France.
  • Collect and analyze marketing data; synthesize results of analyses, identify key insights, develop and recommend improvements and initiatives to deliver the strategy for marketing operations.
  • Utilize tools and systems, such as Marketo, Marketo Measure, Piano, Tableau and Salesforce, to provide key reporting on a regular basis, identify strengths and weaknesses, and drive improvements to meet strategic objectives.
  • Configure, modify and/or build data warehouse and business intelligence solutions as needed.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering; equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing trend modeling with analytical techniques including regression, trend analysis, and forecasting.
  • Ability to analyze structured & unstructured/semi-structured data.
  • Ability to code in Python.
  • Experience with Marketo Measure (previously Bizible) is required.
  • Experience with other marketing software and web analytics tools is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
