Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to help the US business prepare for Day 1 and subsequent integration. This person will be supporting interactions across various work streams. The Project Manager will be developing the project plan in conjunction with company executives, interacting with the respective teams to identify issues, collect and compile needed information, help ensure adherence to overall project timeline, maintain master project plan, and manage meeting schedules.

The OVH US team is growing, and we’re looking for motivated and talented project managers. This position will play a key part in post M&A integration, and requires close cross-functional collaboration with Product, Legal, Tech, Finance and other internal teams. Candidates need to be truly passionate about growing a global company and have the flexibility to face the challenges it takes to make that happen. The position is in Reston, VA and will report to the Sr. Director, Strategic Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager is responsible for planning and managing the detailed project plans for the integration, which includes defining the tools and process for collecting updates across the integration team relating to progress on key activities, completion of deliverables, issues and decision status. The Project Manager will also be responsible for producing executive level reporting/status reports relating to all integration work streams, with the purpose to identify operational and integration issues, developing solutions, and driving decision making and escalation across multiple stakeholders.

  • Managing stakeholder and project sponsor expectations
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
  • Developing, reviewing and managing change requests
  • Defining project tasks and personnel requirements
  • Effectively assist in directing cross-functional teams to achieve business solutions within project guidelines
  • Facilitating and leading regular status update meetings
  • Collect and manage action items from all team meetings and follow up with   team members accordingly
  • Monitor project performance and action items to meet established deadlines and deliverables
